Cheryll Root

Though I initially studied art in college, my painting was put on the back burner for years while other interests and work occupied my time and energy.  I began actively painting again in 2007 when I joined the Palouse Watercolor Socius. Since that time, I have exhibited work in juried competitions and in a variety of local shows including Moscow’s annual Artwalk, the Latah County Fair, and the Palouse Watercolor Society’s annual show held at the Dahmen Barn.  I am also a member of the Northwest Watercolor Society and a merit member of the Idaho Watercolor Society."
